Privacy policy

This policy explains how we process your personal data when you use the seqet platform (seqet.com and *.seqet.com). We process data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) where applicable.

Data we collect

• Account data: your e-mail address, a one-way hash of your password (never the password itself), your store name and store address.
• Technical data: IP address, browser information, sign-in times and security logs.
• Store data: the products, orders and customer details you add to your store. You are the controller of this data; we process it only to provide the service.

How we use it

• To create, run and secure your account and store,
• To send essential account e-mails (verification, password reset, service notices),
• To prevent abuse and fraud,
• To meet our legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the infrastructure providers needed to run the service (hosting, DNS and security, e-mail delivery) and with authorities where the law requires it.

Cookies

seqet.com uses only strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and for security. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is open. When you close your account, your store data is permanently deleted after a reasonable period; removal from backups may take longer.
