By signing up for and using seqet you agree to these terms.

The service

seqet is hosted software for creating and running an online store. We may improve, change or remove features from time to time.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information at signup and be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure.
• A store address (sub-domain) goes to whoever registers it first; we may reclaim addresses that infringe a trademark.

Free trial

The trial lasts 14 days and needs no credit card. When it ends your store is paused. Terms for paid plans will be shared when they are announced.

Acceptable use

You may not sell illegal products or content, run fake or misleading stores (including phishing), infringe others' intellectual property, or try to compromise the platform or other stores. We may pause or close a store that breaks these rules without prior notice.

Your store and your customers

You are responsible for the content and products in your store and for your sales to your customers, including obligations under consumer protection law (distance selling, returns, invoicing).

Limitation of liability

We provide the service "as is" and do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may close your account if you breach these terms.
